This is a water-based medium that spreads on clear and when dry, changes to a glowing effect when the lights are off. The color of this paste can be enhanced by adding powder colorants, Mica Powders, or glitters (sold separately) and mixing well. This paste will add texture and dimension wherever it is spread.
